How do I place an order?
Please email info@guitarmaxemporium.com for all inquiries regarding repairs, restorations, and custom builds. Please be sure to check out our showcase as we have many killer guitars in stock at all times. There are links to our showcase throughout the site.
Do you work on contingency?
Works on contingency? No, money down!
Can I buy from you locally?
Yes you can. I am in the NJ shore area. All are welcome to demo anything I sell. I offer free adjustments for life for those that buy locally as well.
How much do you charge?
Please see FAQ #1. It all depends on what you want, and it all starts with an email.
How long does it take?
For repairs and custom orders it really depends on what you want. For our showcase guitars, I usually ship same day.
My dishwasher broke. What should I do?
I don’t know. We sell guitars and guitar accessories.
Do you take returns?
No.
What happens if my order is damaged in shipping?
I only ship through reverb, who offers top notch customer service. They broker the transaction and offer buyer protection. All orders ship with Reverb safe shipment. Please visit the Reverb FAQ for more information.
Do you take trades?
I do, on a case by case basis. Typically I’ll only trade for a damaged, worn, or broken instrument from a major brand plus $$ as needed.
